    The Offshore Electric Company was formed in 2007 out of the merger of the Offshore Heavy Rock Concern and the United Electric Company. After receiving securities approval, the two companies moved to quickly consolidate control of the majority of the rock in Eastern Ontario, and are currently expanding operations to Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.

    Current board members include Julian Lepinski, Eric Akaoka, Adam Cohen and Mike Rooke. For any customer service issues, please contact inland@offshoreelectric.net
